  • Reservations
    • Room rates are nightly and based on double occupancy.
    • Additional guests: $12 per night (no additional guest charge for children under age 12).
    • Maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room (per fire code).
    • Minimum age requirement is 21 years of age to check-in.
    • Check-in time: 4pm
    • Check-out time: Noon
    • Early check-in or Late check-out: Please contact the Front Desk and arrangements can be made based on availability.
  • Pet Policy
    The Inn @ Northrup Station does not accept pets.
  • Deposits & Cancellations
    • A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation.
    • A valid credit card with matching government issued ID must be presented upon check-in for payment.
    • If the cardholder will not be present at check-in, our credit card authorization form must be completed in advance of arrival to pay for the reservation (please contact the hotel to request this form).
    • Reservations of 14 nights or fewer: Subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.
    • Reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax.
    • For extended reservations more than 14 nights, please contact the hotel directly.
  • Smoking
    The Inn @ Northrup Station is a smoke-free property in accordance with ORS 433.845. This includes patios, balconies, entryways, the Rooftop Terrace, and all common areas.
